An economical and easy-to-install rebated drop-down seal which automatically closes the gap between the door and the floor when the door is closed.

Yes, for trimming and installation instructions please view the product data sheet for the particular drop seal that you are installing.
Do drop seals 'Self Level'?
Yes, Drop Seals self level to the floor's surface. Threshold plates can be ued to create an aesthetic finish or provide a flat contact area on uneven and irregular floors surfaces.
Do drop seals have to be used with a threshold plate?
Drop Seals are tested with threshold plates but are not necessary.
